If your email address is in our database and you have previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a password reset email.
If your email address is in our database but you have not previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a fresh copy of your Welcome Email.
If you do not receive a password reset or Welcome Email (be sure to check any Spam or Junk folders), it most likely means that the email address you entered is not in the G Safe database.
