Our town centres are a community of businesses, shoppers, residents and visitors. Their success depends upon an environment and feeling of safety afforded to everyone.
Swale Link is a positive and co-ordinated business crime partnership designed to meet these needs and manage more effectively the threats posed by local and travelling criminals.
Although Swale Link is confident about its current security mechanisms, some change is necessary in order to work smarter and further reduce crime and disorder. This website forms a key part of the strategy to tackle crime and the fear of crime.
It works in conjunction with the town’s CCTV system and radio network so please do use it! For those who have access to DISC please go to your mobile phone app store and download the mobile DISC app. This will provide you with GDPR compliant instant messaging and the ability to upload images safely and securely. Using the app means you are still legally bound by GDPR legislation therefore you have a legal obligation to keep data safe and to only use the information for work purposes.
